What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and government ID information solely to verify your identity. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used only to create and maintain your verified identity certificate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
KYC verification
Identity verification is performed by Stripe Identity. Your government ID and selfie are processed by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy. We receive only a verification result — not your raw ID documents.
Data retention
Your identity record is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@identity.com.
